In early April 2008 I fished for bonefish on Grand Bahama Island with the Grand Bahama Outfitters and it was a trip of a lifetime. GBO set me up in three different locations on the island—the north, the east, and the west sides—with different guides, and the angling was excellent. The bonefish here run larger than most places I've fished and there are plenty of them. We caught bones from 3 ˝ to almost 6 pounds, and had shots at double digit fish as well. What a fishery! The guides and their boats were first class. I'm glad that the Grand Bahama Island is an underrated fishery, because that means everyone goes to Andros, Bimini, or elsewhere. And that’s just fine with me—I'm going to Grand Bahama. I've caught hundreds of bones and these are the biggest on average that I've observed. Oh, and did I say how tasty the fresh seafood is and how very delicious the Bahamian Sands and Kalik beers are after a day on the azure flats?    Sincerely, King
